Do you suffer from lower back pain? Or are struggling to recover from an injury? Here are a series of Pilates exercises that will guide you through 5 different exercises, which might just help to ease your discomfort. Or better yet, improve your condition.

Recently, my boyfriend had a disk injury and was in a lot of pain. His medical practitioners advised him to treat his lower back with these exercises every single day. After religiously dedicating himself to them (sometimes once or twice a day), coupled with taking care of his body and resting, he has FULLY recovered!!! Hi there:-) I'm Robyn.

I am a certified mat work Pilates instructor, Thai Yoga Massage therapist and TRE (Trauma & Releasing Exercises) practitioner. I am also an artist and was previously involved in the fashion industry for 12 years.

Last year (March 2018), I decided to follow a lifelong dream to travel the world! At 36 years old, I gave away half my belongings, packed away what felt like life-long "sentimentals" and left with only a suitcase in hand.

A year later, I find myself with an even deeper conviction to serve others in helping them find their healthiest selves. I truly believe that our health is our most valuable asset and one which needs to be treated with care, love and tenderness. I also believe we can be our best and healthiest selves at any age!

This channel will hopefully inspire and serve as a platform to provide convenient, fun and equipment-free Pilates workouts, created with the intension of strengthening and healing.
