Former BJP MLA and Jammu and Kashmir BJP spokesperson R.S. Pathania's name is coming out in the infamous Roshni Land scam of Jammu and Kashmir. Due to this, politics has started heating up in Udhampur and Ramnagar. BJP's MLA RS Pathania is in the list of 266 people who have been given benefits under the Roshni Land Act. This list has been made by the Jammu and Kashmir administration regarding this alleged scam. Pathania's father Bhupinder Singh and his Baba Jagdev Singh's name are also listed as beneficiaries of the land under the Roshni Act in this list. 9 kanals and 14 marlas have been found in his name in Kehal village of Majalta tehsil of Ramnagar assembly seat. The mutation of land in his name is recorded on 24 October 2011. He paid only 470 rupees for same. To know further details, watch the video!
