Jay Z has been under some heat after his plan to connect with the NFL for a social justice partnership surfaced. Many questioned the union as details slowly come out to the public. Now, a video of Jay Z speaking on police brutality has re-surfaced, and it seems it finds the rapper saying that not having a father in some households is what leads to police brutality. The rapper noted that anti-authority mentality gained from not having a dad in the households transfers out into interactions with police, leading to issues arising.
