Here we are on the Day 2 of our workout series
In this video we will be training our Biceps and triceps....
Exercises are listed below

1. Rope pushdowns - 3 sets x 10-15 Reps
2. Reverse pushdowns - 3 sets x 10-15 Reps
3. Incline skull crushers - 3 sets x 10-12 Reps
4. Overhead extensions - 3 sets x 8-10 Reps
5. Tricep Dips - 2 sets x 8-12 Reps
6. Alt Bicep Curls - 3 sets x 12-15 Reps
7. Incline Hammer curls - 3 sets x 10-12 Reps
8. Preacher curls - 3 sets x 8-10 Reps
9. Barbell Curls - 3 sets x 10 -12 Reps
10. Plate Curls - 3 sets x 12-15 Reps
