Hey guys!

One of the best-looking physiques I had was when I was training 2 x per week. I wasn’t taking any supplements and I wasn’t doing any cardio.

I used to get asked all the time, what workout plan I was following and what supplements I was taking. But the reality is I wasn’t taking ANY supplements and I was only training 2 x per week!

How so?

Well the fitness industry would have you believe that getting a lean physique comes down to being in the gym everyday and taking a ton of supplements and eating every few hours when the opposite is true!

Seriously. I wouldn’t mislead you. If I thought doing more would you help you, I’d advocate it, but it won’t help you.

In fact – FAT LOSS comes down to TWO things:

1. Hold onto our EXISTING muscle mass (so that weight loss is all fat, not half muscle and half fat loss) – very important.
2. Create a calorie deficit in the most enjoyable way (so you’re still feeling full and able to eat carbs, protein and fat) – support lean muscle with enough protein and support proper hormonal functioning with enough carbs and fat.

It’s based on:

2 x workouts per week

Intermittent fasting, strategic fruit snacking and 2 x big meals per day
