Описание

The clouds are not enough to interrupt this solar astronomy session, with the Sun easily burning through! Unfortunately though there was no sunspots facing the Earth on this day this was captured!

First off NEVER look at the Sun without sufficient protection. In this case I used an EClipSmart Solar Filter for the SE6 telescope.

This was taken from London using my Celestron SE6 telescope with my Altair GPCAM3 178M USB3 Mono Camera. For the mount I used the SkyWatcher EQ5 mount with Enhanced Dual-Axis Motor Drive, to perform the tracking.

Of course, taking a video through a high focal length telescope means that to get more of the Sun in the image requires focal reducers in this case I used a Antares f6.3 Focal Reducer and a Revelation 0.5x focal reducer.
