This video has been my most watched video yet. The problem with it, as I've been told many times, is that it's too long and there are lots of silent sections in it that waste time. Also, there is a lack of explanation about certain aspects that should be corrected. I've finally listened to the comments and re-modelled the video to be more "novice friendly". I think I originally assumed a fairly high level of knowledge, which is my bad. Also, the original video was shown exactly as it was recorded in real-time. That meant that there were lots of sections of just noise or chatter that were irrelevant to the story. I hope you find the modification worthwhile.

A while ago DeeVeeaar identified a scammer company that were particularly ruthless. Later he managed to get hold of their payment system details. He reported the scammer to the payment company. The result was that the scammer was out of business for about 3 weeks. In fact the call-centre was shut down.

DeeVeeaar kept an eye on the company and realised they were trading again. This time, so that his voice would not be recognised, I called the company and went through an excruciating hour of rookie scammer. Eventually I got to the payment page and lo-and-behold ! It was the same company managing the payments as before.

We tried to speak with Robert (the call centre manager) to let him know we'd found him again but he wasn't too receptive. Admittedly we taunted him a bit.

Having collected the evidence I contacted the payment company and received a positive reply asking to see the evidence. I linked them to the video (posted as unlisted) and wrote a long description of what parts of their actions were fraudulent.

The reply I got was incredible - "We Have Shut Down The Fraudulent Pages"

We checked the company's numbers and they weren't answering. It was a short-lived success because about 3 hours later they were trading again. However, a quick nod to the finance company and they were gone again. This time for a couple of days.

Unfortunately they are trading again but I will carry on pursuing them. I intend to call them again and put with up an hour's worth of rookie scammer banter, then find out who they are dealing with for the financial transactions.
