Money doesn’t buy happiness but it does buy quads. Have you ever seen a person being sad on a quad?

I recently had an eye-opening trip to Bali. I spent a few days sitting next to the pool and doing things like riding quads but the most amazing thing was when I left Bali I realized that there was more money in my bank account compared to when I arrived a week earlier.

How did that happen?

First of all I agree, money IS NOT the most important thing in life. For me it’s freedom, but I never felt freedom like this before where now I see money coming in while chilling and having fun.

What’s the secret to make this happen? Easy, you build a team and you give them freedom as well. No 9-to-5 slaves, only “Intrapreneuers” instead of employees.

This not only makes your team work harder and more motivated but also allows you to assign responsibility.
